4) Appointments, Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduling: Appointment windows are subject to availability and travel routing.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Cancellations / No-shows: We may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations or no-shows if applicable.
• Weather: Mobile service may be postponed due to unsafe weather or working conditions.

5) Estimates & Pricing

Any pricing displayed online is an estimate based on typical vehicle size and condition. Final pricing may vary based on inspection, vehicle condition, pet hair, staining, excessive debris, biohazards, or other factors discussed prior to service.

6) Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may vary. If deposits or card holds are required for specific bookings, you will be notified at the time of scheduling.

7) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
• Remove personal/valuable items. JB Detailing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Disclose known issues (e.g., broken trim, loose panels, malfunctioning windows/locks).
• Ensure the service area is reasonably safe to work in (adequate space, legal parking, safe environment).

8) Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or materially different than described, including (but not limited to) severe biohazards, unsafe working environment, aggressive animals, or inaccessible locations.

9) Damage, Pre-existing Conditions & Limitation of Liability

• Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, paint failure, oxidation, cracked leather, failing clear coat, or fragile trim.
• Aftermarket parts: Vehicles with aftermarket modifications may have heightened risk due to installation/fitment differences.
• Personal items: We are not liable for loss/damage to items left in the vehicle.
• Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JB Detailing’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

10) Website Use & Intellectual Property

Website content (text, photos, branding, logos) is owned by JB Detailing or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
